Land amelioration data are free for download in shapefile vector format. These are non-updated historical data acquired by the Agricultural Water Management Administration (ZVHS) by digitizing analog maps. Due to the fact that there is no record of land amelioration and their changes in the field, the geometric and attribute range of data is not complete. Data is provided free of charge. The condition for further presentation or other use of this data is always the provision of information about the source (Agricultural Water Management Administration / Ministry of Agriculture). The data may only be used for purposes that are consistent with the stated data properties. More detailed information about the data is given in the attached file Digitization Methodology, that is part of the dataset. The data structure is described in the files HMS Data Model - description layers and SHP structure. The data are divided into folders according to the districts of the Czech Republic.

Datová sada obsahuje polygony dílů půdních bloků, na které byly v roce 2022 aplikovány čistírenské kaly. Uvedené díly půdních bloků jsou extrahovány z prostorové datové sady Veřejného registru půdy (LPIS), verze z července 2023. (Viz např. https://eagri.cz/public/app/eagriapp/lpisdata/ nebo https://eagri.cz/public/app/lpisext/lpis/verejny2/plpis/.) V databázi LPIS se podařilo identifikovat 95,7% všech dílů půdních bloků, na které byly čistírenské kaly aplikovány – poskytovaný výstup tedy není zcela kompletní. Seznam dílů půdních bloků na které byly aplikovány čistírenské kaly byl poskytnut Ústředním kontrolním a zkušebním ústavem zemědělským (www.ukzuz.cz). Tato metadata jsou prozatímní, budou doplněna ve spolupráci s MŽP
Státní zemědělská a potravinářská inspekce (dále jen „SZPI“) jako správní úřad pro výkon státního dozoru v oblasti potravin vede od 1. 10. 2022 v souladu s ustanovením § 3 odst. 4 písm. f) zákona č. 146/2002 Sb., o Státní zemědělské a potravinářské inspekci a o změně některých souvisejících zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „zákon o SZPI“) seznam internetových stránek s nabídkou nebezpečných potravin nebo internetových stránek, jejichž obsah závažným způsobem porušuje požadavky stanovené právními předpisy, k jejichž kontrole je inspekce příslušná (dále jen „seznam internetových stránek“) a zveřejňuje ho na svých internetových stránkách.
Dle § 3b zákona o SZPI obsahuje seznam internetových stránek, adresu internetové stránky, den zápisu internetové stránky do seznamu internetových stránek, popřípadě den výmazu zápisu internetové stránky z tohoto seznamu.
Zákon o SZPI v § 3d ukládá povinnost poskytovatelům služby přístupu k internetu na území České republiky zamezit přístup k internetovým stránkám uvedeným v seznamu internetových stránek, a to do 15 dnů ode dne zveřejnění internetové stránky v seznamu internetových stránek.

Datová sada obsahuje cenové rozpětí vybraných zemědělských výrobků. Jedná se o ceny vybraných zemědělských výrobků, které jsou určeny pro tuzemský i zahraniční trh a jsou měsíčně zjišťovány prostřednictvím státního statistického výkazu „Ceny Zem 1-12“ u vybraných výrobců v zemědělství. Zjišťovány jsou realizační, smluvní ceny (bez vlastní spotřeby) očištěné od daně z přidané hodnoty a dopravních nákladů spojených s přepravou k odběrateli.
